MAINTENANCE OVER MANAGEMENT: The 2011 Inside Higher Ed Suvey of College and University Business Officers
This report presents the results of Inside Higher Ed's spring 2011 survey of college and university business officers. More than 600 chief business/financial officers across all sectors and segments of American higher education cparticipated int eh survey. The questionnaire asked business officers an array of questions about how they and their institutions have navigated the current economic downturn, the biggest problems they face and the strategies they have used in response to the downturn, and if various campus constituiences understand the financial challenges that confront their institutions.
